This website is operated by TC Home Buyers LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“TC Home Buyers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It exists solely to describe independent contractor sales opportunities with our company and to accept applications for them. It is not used to sell any product, service, course, program, investment, or business opportunity, and nothing on it requires a purchase.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any application you submit through it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to apply or use this site. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The opportunity described on this site is an independent contractor (1099) position, not employment. If you are engaged, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance obligations as an independent contractor, as set out in your written agreement. Nothing on this site should be read as describing an employment relationship, salary, benefits, or a guaranteed schedule.
We make no guarantee that you will earn any money. Income figures, deal sizes, deal goals, income timelines, ranges, and examples on this site are illustrations based on what some of our representatives have experienced. They are not promises, projections, or typical results, and many people earn less or nothing.

Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skill, experience, time commitment, lead flow, and market conditions, many of which are outside our control.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TC Home Buyers and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, information you submit that is false or that you did not have the right to submit, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the email address below and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding individual arbitration. Except as stated below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this website, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your application, including questions about whether a dispute is subject to arbitration, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules then in effect. The arbitration will take place in Cook County, Illinois, or by video conference if the arbitrator allows, before a single arbitrator. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class action and jury trial waiver. You and TC Home Buyers agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. You and TC Home Buyers each waive the right to a trial by jury.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property. Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a charge with a government agency, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where the law allows.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days after you first submit an application, with your name, phone number, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Severability of this section. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, not in arbitration, and the rest of this section will still apply to all other claims.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to this website or these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 15. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. The version in effect when you submit an application applies to that application. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and TC Home Buyers about this website and supersede any prior statements about it. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction. Headings are for convenience only.
